I’ve been delivering training to volunteers, staff and clients working with vulnerable people for over 15 years, helping charities ensure their staff are well-equipped to deal with everything from ever-changing legislation to volunteer management.

I’ve worked across a variety of roles, ranging from front-line client experience to managing complex volunteer programmes, and have a good understanding of how charity organisations work and what they need to thrive.

I’ve worked with big-name charities, including St Mungo’s, DePaul and Thames Reach, helping them to upskill staff and volunteers by running dedicated training sessions on a range of topics. I have experience in both delivering existing training programmes on behalf of organisations and creating bespoke training sessions dependent on the needs of the organisation and individuals.

I have a Level 3 in teaching, a degree in Visual Communication, and a passion for ensuring others have the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their jobs and their continued efforts to end homelessness in the UK.

I am a registered BACP therapist and create CPD training days based on individual or group needs.
