Therapy in Margate
If you’re ready to challenge the way you’re thinking and feeling and create new positive patterns, then I’m here to start that journey with you.
Therapy with Kelly Megan
I always start by asking what you would like to get out of our counselling session together. You may feel like there is a block stopping you from progressing in life. This may be related to something that happened in your childhood or recently. Sometimes you are unsure, but just feel that something isn’t quite right. That’s okay too!
Every one of us can feel anxious and low at times, and support can help us to uncover what these blocks are, and to help remove them or make them feel less heavy. I’m here to help you carry their weight and explore them safely.
We always work together, at a pace set by you. I promise you empathy, care, and a non-judgmental space, though I will also challenge you to see parts of yourself that you have perhaps not seen before, or felt able to approach without support.
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am also registered with Pink Therapy, and am proud to offer a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community.
